A classic vegetable dunk/dip
Mix together:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, fresh or dried
- 1 tablespoon minced onion, fresh or dried
- 1 tablespoon Spice Islands Beau Monde seasoning *
- 1 teaspoon dill weed, fresh or dried
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with assorted raw vegetables—carrots, celery, mushrooms, green pepper strips, cherry tomatoes, zucchini.
You’ll find other uses for this great mix. For one thing, it’s the best baked potato topping ever!
* The Spice Islands line isn’t available everywhere. If you don’t have Beau Monde and can’t find it, you can substitute celery salt. But the Beau Monde is worth searching for. It’s a great product. I use it in all my salad dressings.
