This is a great way to make Juicy, flavorful baked boneless pork chops or boneless chicken breast.
For two servings, use one large or two medium boneless skinless chicken breasts, or two boneless center loin pork chops, thick cut. If you’re using one large chicken breast, cut it in half and pound each piece so that it’s about 1 inch thick. You’re going for uniformity.
Mix about 1/4 cup of mayonnaise with 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese. Place the meat in a baking dish. Spread the mayo-parmesan mix evenly over the meat.
Sprinkle the covered meat with panko bread crumbs.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.
