
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated and at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons butter at room temperature
- ½ cup flour
- Dash of cayenne
- Stuffed green olives, medium to large
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Cream together the cheddar cheese and butter. Blend in the flour and cayenne, making a soft dough.
Drain the olives well. Take about a teaspoonful of dough and wrap it around an olive, forming a ball. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 15 minutes. Makes two dozen or more. These may be reheated or frozen.
